"Feb 16 -20 we enjoyed a large king bed room. Comfortable mattress and pillows sufficient storage for clothes and luggage spacious bathroom with good shower. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was fair worth many selections by I was off put by cold scrambled eggs. Central location to Coloseum Forum and more 3/4 to mile and a half walk to most attractions or$8 to $14 cab ride In addition to MASA restaurant on the roof top, mammy local..."
"We had a wonderful stay pre cruise! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, good size. The location was great! The staff sent a bottle of champagne to the room on my birthday with a nice note! Would definitely stay again"
"The rooms are nice but be aware that the 4th floor is really busy and you won’t be able to sleep as they have their rooftop restaurant on the 5th floor and it’s really noisy, we had to change the room due to this issue and although we have paid for the larger room, they exchanged it with a smaller room which was hard to manage the luggage but at least it was quiet to rest. Beds are really comfortable..."
"I stayed here for three nights and the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. When I come back to Rome I will choose The Major again for it's location as it's within walking distance to alot of the main attractions but also a stones throw away from Termini station which is great for using the metro to get to places farther a field."
